In 2020, joint community contributions and local business goodwill assisted the organisation in acquiring operational transport to enable outreach across rural and coastal areas of the Island.
The Isle of Wight covers approximately 147 square miles, encompassing isolated coastal clifftops, rural downs, and distinct towns from Ventnor to Cowes. Mobile accessibility was historically identified as a key factor in reaching individuals outside major transport hubs.
